Maintify (“we”, “us”) is a field-service management app for small businesses, operated by its owner, Yoshari Soto. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
Information we collect
- Account details — your name, email and profile photo, provided through Sign in with Apple or Google.
- Business data you enter — your company profile, clients, jobs, schedules, crew members, invoices and job photos.
- Usage & device data — app version, device model and diagnostic logs used to keep the app stable.
- Location — only when you use navigation or set a job address, and only with your permission.
How we use it
We use your information to operate the app: to sync your jobs and crew, send invoices to your clients, provide support, and improve reliability and performance. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your business data for advertising.
Sharing
Data is visible to members of your company according to their role. We share data with service providers who host and secure the app (for example, cloud storage and authentication) under contracts that require they protect it. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When an owner permanently deletes a company, its data is erased from our systems, subject to short backup-rotation periods and any legal retention requirements.
Your choices
- Access, correct or export your data from within the app.
- Revoke location or notification permissions in iOS Settings at any time.
- Delete your account and company data from Account → Delete Account.
