Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Maintify app and services, operated by its owner, Yoshari Soto. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. The person who creates a company is its owner and is responsible for the crew members they invite and the roles they assign. You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

• Use Maintify only for lawful business purposes.
• Don’t misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to share, and get consent before storing client information.

Subscriptions & billing

Maintify offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Your content

You keep ownership of the data you put into Maintify. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service to you and your company.

Service availability

We work to keep Maintify reliable but provide the service “as is” without warranties. We’re not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Termination

You may stop using Maintify at any time and delete your company from within the app. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated.
